WELCOME TO PAK. We are the parents of children who are touched by autism spectrum disorders. Children with autism spectrum disorders are born with the disorder or born with the potential to develop it. Bad parenting does not cause it. It is not a mental illness. Children with autism are not unruly kids who choose not to behave. No known psychological factors in the development of a child have been shown to cause autism.

We started this web site for education and to be a resource for others whose lives have been touched by a child with an autistic spectrum disorder. We use this on-line community for fellowship and support.
